**Our Lady of Kafr Malkoun (Saydet Kfarmalkoun)** is an ancient Christian church located near **Kfar Helda (Kfar Held)** in northern Lebanon. It dates back to medieval times and is partly in ruins today. The site is notable for its old **Syriac (Estrangelo) and Greek inscriptions**, as well as **fresco remnants** that reflect early Christian and Byzantine heritage. The church is an important historical and archaeological landmark in the Batroun region.
