Our Lady of Kafr Malkoun (Saydet Kfarmalkoun) is an ancient Christian church located near Kfar Helda in northern Lebanon. Dating back to the medieval period, it now lies partly in ruins. The site is distinguished by its old Syriac (Estrangelo) and Greek inscriptions and fragments of frescoes that reflect early Christian and Byzantine heritage. The church continues to be an important historical and archaeological landmark in the Batroun region.
